At CARTER PARIS, we aim to ensure every piece meets your expectations. If for any reason your selection is not entirely suitable, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

Exchanges

Should you require a different size or wish to exchange your item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Our team remains available to assist you throughout the process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
